LInda S. Strauss, Esq.
Linda S. Strauss, Esq., has followed her dream since she was a little girl to become a lawyer. She was so eager to enter law school, that she completed undergraduate studies in three years. She received her Bachelors of Arts from Yeshiva University and Juris Doctorate from New York Law School. Upon graduating law school, Ms. Strauss served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Garry S. Rothstadt, and the Honorable Burrell I. Humphreys, Superior Court of New Jersey, Passaic County. Ms. Strauss is admitted to practice law in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania.
Prior to following her lifelong dream to start her own firm, Linda was an associate with a nationally recognized firm, focusing on matters involving construction defects, insurance, toxic torts, products liability and employment law. After representing many larger, corporate clients, including Fortune 500 companies, Linda decided to form her own firm in order to work with individuals on a more personal level.
Linda has also committed an extensive amount of time volunteering to represent victims of domestic violence. Linda is dedicated to each and every client and thoroughly and zealously represents the client’s interests.
Ms. Strauss is also a mother and familiar with the range of emotions, piles of paperwork, and deluge of decisions that crop up when you seek legal help to resolve a family issue.
